SCMA Exhibits

The Sunshine Coast Museum & Archives collection includes items of significance to the history of the Sunshine Coast and its people.

The Museum's collections cover many wide-ranging topics.  The main floor features exhibits regarding the area's maritime history, and includes the Farrell Story, the Hubert Evans Handliner, Union Steamships, Captain Vancouver, and the Don Hauka submersible.

The upper floor exhibits include artifacts from early Sechelt and Squamish settlements, materials from early Pioneering families, as well as specimens of the area's Natural History.

We have also developed a Community Memories page with Virtual Museums Canada : "From Tree to Sea - Boat Builders of the Sunshine Coast".
